Delightful Bahama Bay Condominium

Located in Building 9, at 110 New Providence Promenade, Davenport, Florida, USA. Our deluxe, three bedroom, two full bathroom condominium has been fully refurbished with new furniture, white goods and entertainment equipment. In July 2023, we installed a new washer/dryer combo unit and the electric water heater and tank were both replaced in January 2024.

We have also upgraded our six table lamps to touch sensitive models with USB ports (1 x USB A and 1 x USB C) and added mains powered alarm clocks to each bedroom with 2 x USB A ports.

The Resort

Bahama Bay Resort and Spa is Orlando's most exclusive, secluded, tranquil, Caribbean-style Condo Resort sitting right on the banks of picturesque Old Lake Davenport.

The Resort is laid out over a 70-acre spread of expertly landscaped gardens, lawns, lagoons and fountains, making it a truly beautiful place to stay.

We are located to the South of Orlando and the Resort looks and feels like a small, friendly village. This makes it one of the finest vacation resorts in the Orlando area for your next Florida visit. Many visitors say that it feels just like a home away from home.

The gated community consists of 38 buildings with two or three floors, accommodating two and three bedroom condominiums. All condos have two full bathrooms, including one en-suite in the Master bedroom. The Resort complex offers superior facilities in a Caribbean style setting, including a Recreation Centre and Club House. There are four outdoor heated pools with over-size hot-tubs, a children’s pool and play area, a sandy beach and a variety of sport facilities.

Each condominium has individual screen enclosed patios or balconies overlooking the lake, swimming pools or gardens enabling guests to enjoy the best of the Florida weather in private, luxurious surroundings.

Our delightful condominium is superbly furnished and fitted with central heat and air, flat screen televisions in the living room and all three bedrooms, a DVD player, CD player, iron and ironing board. We have a fully equipped kitchen including a stainless steel cooker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Upgraded high speed wifi was installed in the summer of 2015 to keep teens happy and help you stay in contact with family and friends.

The Resort was rated the top place to stay in the Kissimmee area in 2006, and was winner of the Virgin Bronze Award Best Hotel in Florida in the same year. This coveted award ranks Bahama Bay in the top three resorts in the State of Florida.

If you usually go for an Orlando Villa or rental home then our condo will truly fit the bill, with all the comforts of a home but with lush gardens to walk through and great views over Old Lake Davenport. Kissimmee vacation homes are not as close to Walt Disney World as our Resort is. We are only fifteen minutes away from Walt Disney World. Orlando Condo rental at Bahama Bay Resort Florida is more sociable than staying in a villa. You will meet with other families and children can make new friends in a safe and secure environment.

Bahama Bay offers everything you would expect of a Resort whilst giving you independence and privacy in relaxing and luxurious surroundings. Great value for couples, groups of friends and families. This website is run by the private owners of one of these beautiful condos at Bahama Bay Resort; 110 New Providence Promenade, a fully refurbished three bedroom, two bathroom condo on the second floor (first floor for our UK friends) in building nine.

The Condominium

Located at 110, New Providence Promenade, our delightful Condominium is in building nine at Bahama Bay Resort and Spa in Davenport, Florida. The apartment is on the second floor (first floor for our British friends). The two screened balconies overlook a wooded conservation area. There is plenty of parking for guests in front of the building, including dedicated spaces for disabled visitors.

We are within easy walking distance of the four heated swimming pools and six hot-tubs, Clubhouse and Tradewinds restaurant. The Resort itself is ideally located for local shops and restaurants, that are all a very short car ride away.
